TIMEFLUENCE PRIVACY STATEMENT

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use it. If changes are made to this policy in the future, you will be notified by e-mail using the e-mail address you provided to us when you created your account.

This statement applies to all Timefluence Products. References to Timefluence Products include Timefluence services, websites, apps, software and devices.

You, our Timefluence customers referred to and intended in this statement, are of two categories: Direct Customers are customers that have created a paid subscription with Timefluence. Indirect Customers are clients of Direct Customers who interact with the site and use the Timefluence Product that has been configured by the Direct Customer for purposes of scheduling appointments or otherwise providing information to the Direct Customer. Indirect Customers may have a registered account or alternatively, they may sign-in using only their e-mail address. The information submitted by Indirect Customers is saved and can be viewed and modified by the associated Direct Customer.

This privacy policy applies to both Direct Customers and Indirect Customers and it is the responsibility of Direct Customers to ensure they adhere to this policy regarding any interaction with their Indirect Customers. Direct Customers must not share information provided to them by Indirect Customers with any third party without the permission of the Indirect Customer.

Cookies

Timefluence Products use "cookies", small text files that can be read by a web server in the domain that put the cookie on your hard drive. We use cookies to help with signing in to your account or third-party integrated web sites that you authorize. We do not use cookies to track your activities.

Personal Data We Collect

Timefluence collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our Products. In order to use the Timefluence service, you must create a Timefluence account and provide a small amount of information such as name, organization name and contact information.

How We Use Personal Data

Timefluence uses the data we collect to provide you the Products we offer, which include using data to improve and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, security updates and Product information. We do not currently share your information with third parties except for the reasons listed below.

We share your personal data with your consent or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any Product you have requested or authorized. We may share data with vendors working on our behalf, when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our customers, to protect lives, to maintain the security of our Products, and to protect the rights or property of Timefluence.

How to Access & Control Your Personal Data

You can view, edit, or delete your personal data online for Timefluence Products. For Indirect Customers to view, edit, or delete the data they have submitted, please contact via e-mail the associated Direct Customer or Timefluence Support. Timefluence will not sell your personal information or data to any third parties.

Timefluence accounts

With a Timefluence account, you can sign into Timefluence Products. Signing into your account enables improved personalization, provides consistent experiences across Products and devices, allows you to make payments using payment instruments stored in your Timefluence account, and enables other enhanced features and settings.
